All Patients Booking Appointment 📅

If you are booking any of our services for the first time. Please ensure to book the Initial Appointment, as our practitioners will need more information and do a full assessment. Patients who have not been seen for over 1 year, must book the Initial Appointment. All new patients or trying new health services must complete the initial intake form ahead of the Initial Appointment.

Credit Card Information 💳

To improve efficiency in billing and to ensure greater accountability for appointment commitments, all patients must provide their credit card on file in order to book their appointments. If your card is not on file, our Reception will reach out to you to obtain this information. All payments are process and patients are email their receipts to process with their extended work benefits inorder to get reimbursed.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy ☹️

Your appointment has been scheduled exclusively for you. Please note that if you need to cancel, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Should you miss your appointment or cancel within less than 24 hours for whatever reasons, you will be responsible for the Full Fee of the scheduled appointment, plus HST. This policy is in place because the reserved time is set aside solely for your care, and short-notice cancellations or no-shows prevent us from offering that time to other clients.

If you arrive late to your appointment, the full appointment fee will still apply. We greatly appreciate your understanding in this matter.
